Grin Garden Kids Dental and Ortho | Burbank, CA
At Grin Garden, we believe oral health is much like a garden, requiring planning, maintenance and care in order to reap the rewards of strong, healthy teeth. We love to educate and protect our little “gardens” from invaders by offering full scope pediatric dentistry and orthodontic services for babies, children, teens and those with special health care needs.
We serve families from Burbank, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Sun Valley, Studio City, Glendale, Los Angeles, The San Fernando Valley, and surrounding communities.

meet Dr. Ivy
Dr. Ivy Avanessian Fua is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and obtained her pediatric specialty training from USC + CHLA, dental degree from UCSF and bachelors degree from UC Santa Cruz.
Dr. Ivy is Vice President of the Greater LA Hispanic Dental Society (GLAHDA) and Vice President of the Pediatric Dental Alumni Association of USC (PDA). She is a member of The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), California Society of Pediatric Dentistry (CSPD), American Dental Association (ADA), California Dental Association (CDA), Hispanic Dental Association (HDA), Armenian American Medical Society (AAMS) and the San Fernando Valley Dental Society (SFVDS).
She is a native of the San Fernando Valley and is passionate about oral health education, nurturing doctor-patient-parent relationships, and creating a happy and comfortable dental environment. As a mother, Dr. Ivy understands the specialized care that a child needs for optimal health.
She enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and husband and caring for her plants. She is a huge Disney and in her free time you can find her at Disney Parks. Her favorite Disney movie is Encanto and Turning Red. Dr. Ivy can’t wait to meet you at Grin Garden.
meet Dr. Sarah
Dr. Sarah Darst is a USC trained Board Certified Pediatric dentist. She obtained her certificate in Pediatric dentistry from USC and her dental degree from UCLA School of Dentistry. She is originally from Keizer, Oregon and now calls Los Angeles home. Dr. Sarah is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), California Society of Pediatric Dentistry (CSPD), and board member of the Pediatric Dental Alumni Association of USC (PDA). Some fun facts about Dr.Sarah:

meet Dr. Sia
Dr. Siyouneh Novshadian, or Dr. Sia for short, is a UCSF trained Board Certified Orthodontist. She attended the University of California, San Diego where she received her bachelor’s degree. From there, Dr. Sia branched out and moved to San Francisco where attended dental school and completed her Orthodontic Residency at UC San Francisco before moving back to the LA area. As an orthodontist, Dr. Sia enjoys creating healthy, straight smiles by problem-solving with technology and delivering patient-centered care.
When she’s not at Grin Garden, Dr. Sia can be found working out, cooking, baking, spending quality time with her family, or traveling!
